SecuredSite is a website security monitoring and analysis platform that provides:

  • Security Monitoring: We monitor changes to your website's public configuration and content to help you detect unauthorized modifications.
  • Integrity Verification: We provide tools to verify that your website's public content has not been tampered with.

3. Nature of Our Service

We act as a regular website visitor. Our service:

  • Only accesses publicly available information that any internet user could access
  • Does NOT perform penetration testing or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
  • Does NOT attempt to bypass authentication or access protected areas
  • Does NOT perform any destructive testing or denial-of-service activities
  • Does NOT inject code, attempt SQL injection, or perform any unauthorized access attempts

We operate entirely within the bounds of normal, authorized web browsing behavior.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Minimal Data Logging: We only collect and store data that you explicitly request us to analyze:

  • Domain names you submit for scanning
  • Scan results and historical data for domains you monitor
  • Your account information (email, name) if you create an account
  • Technical logs necessary for service operation and security

We do NOT:

  • Automatically scan or collect data from websites you don't explicitly submit
  • Share your scan data with third parties
  • Sell or monetize your data
  • Keep unnecessary logs or track you across the internet

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Only scan domains you own or have explicit permission to monitor
  • Not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with our Service
  • Not use our Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

6. Service Tiers and Limitations

SecuredSite offers two service tiers:

  • Free Tier: Limited to basic security scans with rate limits and feature restrictions
  • Pro Tier: Enhanced features including content history tracking, advanced monitoring, and priority support

We reserve the right to modify tier features, pricing, and limitations at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

  • Our scans provide a snapshot in time and may not reflect current conditions
  • We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of scan results
  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • You should not rely solely on our Service for critical security decisions

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SecuredSite and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecuredSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any errors or omissions in scan results
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests
  • Violates applicable laws or regulations
